Tisha's acceptance message.
I am running for Pueblo County Commissioner because I want to
roll up my sleeves and work for
the county and people that I love.
My slogan is “Mauro for a Better Tomorrow” because I want to:
* Continue the progress made with our roads and highways by investing in our infrastructure;
* Protect our natural resources like our precious water;
* Create better, higher paying jobs to ensure Pueblo’s families can enjoy the quality of life we all deserve; and
* Bring all of Pueblo together and make a Better Tomorrow for everyone!
I am a proud, lifelong Pueblo County resident, born in Pueblo, and raised on a farm and ranch
south of Boone where I learned the importance of our farmers, ranchers and our water.
I graduated from
Pueblo County High School
and attended USC, now CSU-P, before joining the Pueblo workforce.
I have worked in the auto industry for 20 years as a
finance manager & sales manager.
I am currently the
General Sales Manager
at Spradley Ford-Lincoln.
I can't win this race
without your help.
